Not bad to chill since it has movie theater,stores & food court.Not boring at all.Also a nice place during Christmas season.Near the Hibiya park too.

Boho Travelogue

A very good destination for shopping as well as relaxing. Located in the central Tokyo in Marunoichi district. In the top terrace is also a good place. In the winter time there will be illumination known as Hibiya illumination. Its also connected with Tokyo metro or subways

A higher end shopping mall with lots of shopping and restaurants. There is a busy food court in the sub-basement level, and a large atrium space by the main entrance. Great place to stroll and people watch.
