Just echoing everyone else. Don't go here unless your life is on the line. If you want yen, there is an exchange machine in the subway nearby with fairly good rates, or for major currencies buy/sell, look for Ninja exchange nearby which has mu h much better rates (which they publish online). I went here cos the 2nd of Jan is an informal public holiday in japan so ninja was closed :(

Not sure why my post got deleted, but I am posting again to warn others of the high exchange rate here. Please avoid this location. Don't be a dumb foreigner like me and go here! I exchanged 4000 HKD for 40,000 yen. The rate they offer me is 0.099 HKD for 1 yen. At the Narita Airport, the rate was 0.077 HKD for 1 yen. I ended up losing 137 USD. How so? The average exchange rate for 4000 HKD (515 USD) was 53,700 yen. Using this store, I got 40,000 yen (383 USD). Subtract 40,000 yen from 53,700 yen and you get 13,700 yen as the cost of transaction. That is how much I lost, and what they gain. The exchange rate here is so high. The exchange rate is 35%. Abnormally high! Again to all foreigners like myself. Don't be me! Don't go here! Let this be a warning! You don't want to en up frustrated and in tears after realizing this place is a big tourist scam. Edit: Forgot to mention that if I wanted to convert yen to HKD it would be 15 yen for 1 HKD.
