Non-Japanese speaking travelers beware. Staff straight up tells you “Japanese Only” when you walk in, no chance of using a translation service or even an attempt to meet you half way. Ensuring no miscommunication between staff and customers are one thing, and I know that was the explanation in one of the company’s replies to another 1-star review, but English-Japanese translation apps have come a long way and in this line of work, “how much is it gonna cost” and “how long is this repair gonna take” aren’t complicated questions that warrant an English intolerance by principle. Just my two cents. Pick somewhere else.

Visited to repair an iphone 6 battery. Very good service and nice people. Repairing did not take time at all, although it was estimated to take an hour. Thank you very much!
ENGLISH SPEAKERS: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you can't read Japanese, don't bother coming here. There is a waiver to sign in order to proceed. You need to be able to read Japanese. Even having used a translation device, they won't accept you as a customer if you aren't a native Japanese speaker.
