High mark up on used luxury goods. When we try to sell them 2 luxury brand name watches, they try to low ball us with some ridicules low prices that any jeweler in US would have offer doubled those prices. They are making a killing from the suckers who sold their luxury goods to them, only to have them mark the goods up couple hundred percent.

The worst customer service in entire Japan. Sour faces and rude staff. Don't recommend to anyone.
