Before I start this review, I want to say that I absolutely love the brand Diptyque, so this review is not about the brand Diptyque, but rather the store Diptyque in Tokyo which I went to. I am a huge fan of Diptique fragrances and candles and love giving them as gifts to my friends and family. So when I was in Tokyo I wanted to bring back the City Exclusive candle "Tokyo" back for everyone. I was kind of disappointed with the customer service, but then thought maybe it was due to the language barrier so thats not a big deal. The issue I have is that when I bought the candles I was charged 98 US for each candle, which is absurdly expensive compared to what they normally cost, around 70 US. I bought 4 candles and didn't realize thats what they were coming out to until I saw my credit card statement. I was appalled because I literally travel all over the world and buy luxury items, and have bought lots of Diptyque candles from other cities as well, but never paid 30 more then what the candle is worth. So basically I was charged 120 more then what I should have paid for the 4 candles. Not happy about that as you can imagine. Diptyque has a loyalty program and I learned that none of my purchases were ever put in the system, I guess due to the language barrier. My best advise to you if you really want to buy the Tokyo city candle, is to just buy it online. A couple of times in the year Diptyque lets you buy all the city exclusive candles online and for the normal price. Thats your best bet if you don't want to get ripped off.

I love their perfumes. They have many type of perfumes including Eaux de parfum, toilette, candles and solid perfumes Perfume prices (100ml) are around 20,000.

他の方が仰る通り、接客が横柄です。 1日が嫌な気分になるので、おすすめできません。
先週末に訪問しましたが、お客さんによって接待の態度が違いすぎて不愉快さを感じました。なんならGSIX以外の店舗をオススメします。訪問時にホリデー限定のキャンドルとメリーゴーランド2点で約2万円の購入でしたが、お連れの男性(彼氏)に対してそこは触っちゃいけないですよ！と変に注意されました。キャンドルと香水屋さんなので好みが分かれることもあり、香りのテストが不可欠ですが、ディスプレイされているもの触っちゃいけないと言われてしまうような接待に対しナンセンスさを思いました。気持ちとしては怒って買わないまま出たなかったのですが、せっかくのデートなので気分をより害したくなく、大人対応で購入してお店を出ましたが、本当におすすめできません。
他店でご購入の検討をお勧めします。 とても荒々しく横柄な態度で、接客を受けました。ショックです。 購入を検討して訪ねたものの、購買意欲はだだ下がり。
店員の対応が悪かった。知識不足と横柄さ。教育がなっていないと思う。
素敵な店員さんに、おすすめの練り香水を勧めていただきました。
