Service center is next to the gallery (not connected), so get there by heading into the building on the left of the southeast entrance (not northwest). And take the lift to the second floor. Open Mondays to Saturdays except public holidays until 18:30.

Photo gallery and show room for Canon products in the nice part of town. They also offer classes and tutorials in Japanese.

Super nice people and they have all the newest Canon gear on display. Around the corner there is a Canon repair center and I got a replacement eyepiece for about 7 USD. Super fast and friendly!
