Mama Miyu

One station before Tokyo Station, it's convenient stop to change line because not as big as Tokyo station which very tiring when changing line. The English poster and warning are also available. So it's very helpful for foreigners. The bad thing is there is no elevator, so it's not convenient for stroller and wheelchair. So if you have luggage or baby stroller, you can ask the security or staff around there to help. Sometimes they wait near the stairs to help people who can't go down by the stairs.

The security staff is very helpful, not the station staff.I saw that they helped others with their heavy baggage several times. There is no elevator at this station.Therefore, if necessary, use an elevator on stairs. However, there are not many staff members on the platform, so we often use it ourself.It also takes time. So, it is not nice for wheelchair users.
