Great value transportation for getting to Narita airport from Ginza station (first stop) or Tokyo station (second stop). 1000 yen nett per person. They only allow 1 piece of large luggage, and a sensible carry on. Buses are every 30 minutes and a queue starts to form up to 15-20 minutes before departure time, so do plan accordingly to be there early. It isn't possible to reserve your place in advance (although there is an all Japanese website where you can buy your tickets using credit card, but it was impossible to navigate). The journey takes about an hour or so, depending on which terminal you plan to get off at.

I used this bus service from and to Narita in June 2019, the ride was comfortable and the fare is only 1000 yen, very cheap compared to other bus services in Narita airport. The bus stops are conveniently located near the exit from the arrival lobby, near the entrance to the departure lobby (no need to move by escalators etc.), and on Ginza station near exit C6. There were some real problems with luggage management, though. I saw one foreign tourist arrive on Ginza just to see his bag is not in the trunk. The staff communicated with him only in Japanese, but somehow they managed to explain he had to wait for the next bus to arrive, which was carrying only his bag for some reason, the rest of the passengers had no such problem. My own suitcase was put far away in the trunk, but when I told the staff it should be there, he said 'no, this is the luggage of passengers to another terminal'. I was sure it was there, but I had to wait while he checked the other sections, and only then he started to take out the nearest bags to look for mine, which turned to be just where I said, only in the second row. Both me and that tourist certainly lost several minutes of their time, which is very precious when one is travelling. I'm sure such situations could be avoided. But then, this bus is cheap!

You couldn't not pay on the bus like the website says and they refuse ski's on board. Use the friendly airport limousine instead.
