Just had the most wonderful treatment with nice blonde hair staff.I was concerned about my lack lustreskin and some sagging around the jawline.After a full consultation she came up with a very bespoke facial for me which involved a heat treatment using Radio Frequency.My skin looks amazing..highly recommend.

On 14th Oct, I went to the Ginza Salon to experience the latest beauty instrument. The intern at the first floor was very kindly guided me to the 2nd floor, but it was a very disappointing process. Miss 增田 Masuda (a non-Asian staff) who service me was very rude to treat me. After guiding me to sit down, I need to keep my hair up because I need to experience the beauty instrument, but Miss 增田 did not supply it to me (the latter guests did have 2 hairpins). I had to take it out from the bag. When I’m looking for it, she push me to do faster because the machine was starting. After that, she guided me to use the instructions very unprofessional and casual. The most rude is that when I asked how long is it for using machine, she responded loudly at the counter: 8 minutes in the manual with my native language. Is this a unique training for your company? Is there a way of unequal for guests of different nationalities? I thoroughly felt the discrimination and rudeness of Miss 增田. I hope your company can give me a reasonable explanation!
Shop assistant can speak a little English. Walk in trial is convenient.
