Each dining party arrives in a 20 minute interval. This is mainly so that the chef can maintain enough time to cook everyones order to perfect. The pizzas were made freshly in front of us. It was amazing to see how fresh and well risen the dough was and how the chef was gracefully stretching the pizza right in front of us. I felt like the Marinara pizza was an experience in itself while the pizzino was something that I could have at any other restaurant. The total surprise was the baked cheesecake. That cake was baked in front of us in the wood fire oven. Even the 3 pieces of strawberries were just he right amount of sweet and tangy. Overall, given its such a small seater, while we were there we felt truly a part of the entire process. There is an option to order pizzas at the adjacent restaurant but I doubt if it will come even close to this experience.

Came on a Monday before a public holiday Tuesday and place wasn't busy. I really wanted to give here 5 stars but the price just made it hard for me to justify - firstly it's a dam good pizza, amazing ingredients with a story, fantastic service and great location but man its not cheap.. 3 pizzas, salad and 3 glass wines each for 2 people 24,000 yen. Tokyo has many \must eat pizzas\ where the chef is obsessed with the dough, ingredients etc which are more easier on the wallet. Still highly recommended
The best pizza in my life :) should book as they only have 8 seats but they offer lunch time too :) strongly recommend
Unbelievable pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the crust is crispy, and the tastes are in perfect harmony. The little touches are what matter here, as they only serve a handful of pizzas and cater to only 8 guests at a time. The two chefs were great and made sure I knew what I was eating, asking questions and giving suggestions. The staff was great too. Even though you’re not next to a widow, the view from the 38th floor is pretty stunning. Expect to pay a little more than average for pizza in Tokyo, but it’s worth it. Great spot for a night out.
The best pizza experience ever. My favourite has to be the pizzino - so simple so good.. so well-executed. The staffs were very warm and welcoming. We spent about JPY 120,000 for 2 pizzas and 2 alcoholic drinks.
