Awesome in every way. The staff are super helpful and the instructor (we had Aiki) was excellent. We knew nothing about Kenny when we booked this and thought it would be your standard tourist swordplay. However once we got into it he showed us a lot more about the samurai dance of Kenny using the fans and telling the story through dance. This was an outstanding experience and one of our favourite activities in Japan.

We had SO much fun here. The instructor was a lot of fun and his english was very good which made the whole lesson and demonstration very easy to understand. With the demonstration he showed the art of the sword and the fan in storytelling with music. For the hour lesson those with us had the art of the sword taught, for us with 90 minutes he taught both and put to music for us to video each other then he recorded us both. He also encouraged us to take pictures in our kimono and helped us with those. Very informative and a lot of fun during that time. I felt that it was certainly worth the price and was well worth going. Thank you Tokyo Samurai Kembu!
