The female staff's attitude was deplorable, looking down upon me and sighing at my questions about my Panerai watch which I brought; clearly not here to help and only waiting for me to leave the store. No smile, no welcome, no goodbye. If you don't want to care about your customers, go work at a Seiko boutique and leave the high horology standards where they belong. Will not get back there ever again.

Staff was very helpful to changing my watch strap, that lasted me for 3 years since. The old address was since updated.
Panerai heaven! an Officine Panerai store tucked in the back street of Ginza Dore; friendly staff and sometimes they have "hard to find models", tell the staff what you are looking cuz not all models are on display... wink, wink!
