At beginning staff was kind until I said I need to consider if I will be member or not . I was fun with cake experience lesson but when I told them I could not decide it right the way ,somehow they just change the attitude immediately and left me alone, however the most worst thing is they didn’t give me the cake I made by my own ..so I asked one of staffs to give me the cake I made ..if I don’t ask I think they won’t give it to me ...? I am a bit of confused too business...I came there at 13:30 and left at16:00....... the baking time only took 60min other time was listening about member benefits.. I am not sure it is the culture that of whole enterprise but I will say it’s not good promotion way to customers.
