It's a small bar inside a bigger building, just follow the signs with anime characters and 'over' on them. All drinks are either anime or anime-game themed. Anime songs are constantly being played. They don't take requests for songs. It was empty when we got there (Tuesday around 08:30 pm), but the bartenders were really enthusiastic and talked to us for the almost 2h we spent there. It was hard to understand them sometimes as they didn't really speak english, but with the translation device and shared love for anime we still could understand each other quite well. We had a great time!

Great place and very friendly for anime fans and otherwise. They also have an english menu. Chill atmosphere.
This place has been amazing. We came here after searching for cocktails in Google. It is a small little bar which was very cosy and fun. The manager spent a lot of time speaking to us and getting to know us. The cocktails were very tasty and se had some interesting qualities like the one that has changing tastes! If we had more time I would come back again!
Fun little bar with anime songs and items all over, friendly staff and have a great selection of cocktails
Very nice anime bar. Skillful bartender, nice staff, anime songs. Even if my Japanese is not very good staff and other customers tried to talk with me. It is very appreciated. However, I assume being a Japanese speaker is mandatory.
