Decent go kart experience just outside of Tokyo. Location is a little hard to access.
The service provided was beyond horrendous. From calling to make a reservation through the service on the day was just disgusting. You get the strong impression that the bums working there really don't welcome foreigners. I strongly advise not contacting this establishment.

Went to city karts go kart track. Both people in the office just looked at us and ignored us. We waited and looked around for 5 minutes then returned to the office and again were just looked at and ignored. Maybe they don't like foreigners who want to spend money there.
