For such a tiny shop, they have lots of items and types-of-service available. That's good. However, the customer service here is by far the worst I've experienced in several years in Tokyo. I assumed the curt service was because I'm a foreigner and speak only basic Japanese; however, today I was there with my (Japanese) wife, and the staff was aggressive and kind of rude to her, also. We are buying a ママチャリ, but we are certainly not buying it from Cycle Spot due to their bad customer service. (I guess the reason the service is so bad is that the few staff there are over-worked. The manager should really have another staff present to deal with customer questions, etc.)

The service is very bad, is was my first time bought bicycle in online, so i went to register bicycle licence, the manager is so impatient, because i can't speak Japanese yet, and the manager feel so annoying, feeling the manager want me to leave quickly, hope attitude can be more good...
店員の態度酷すぎる。修理を依頼したけど、そもそも客と思ってないと思う。ここで買った自転車だけど、もう二度と買わない。修理も頼まない。修理代が高かったとしても、この系列ではない自転車屋さんに頼む。それほど酷い。
何故こんなに評価が低いのか意味不明です。 本日2020/10/11にお邪魔しましたが、迅速且つ丁寧に対応していただき大変満足しております。 パンクしたと思っていたのですが、空気を入れるところの部品がダメになっていて交換してもらいましたが、なんと無料でした 新しく購入するときはこのお店でお願いします！
サイクルスポットは頻繁に利用させてもらっていますが、千石店はひどいです。 良く店頭に立ってらっしゃる店員さんの一人の接客態度が高圧的でこちらが萎縮してしまいます。 その上、空気の入れ方や修理箇所等の最低限の説明も雑で、何が必要で何がおかしいのか分かりません。 チェーン店ですので、もし行くなら周辺の他の店舗に行くことをおすすめします。
全然客の話を聞かない、史上最悪の接客態度。本部にクレームを入れても何も変わらない。自転車屋ってどうしてここまで客の話を聞かないのだろう。

ここ店員は最悪です。 別の店舗を利用することをお勧めします。 ロードタイヤがパンクしてとても困っていて、相談しました。 すぐ修理できないのはわかりますが、店の近くで自分でチューブを交換し、空気入れを借りようとしましたが断られました。 このまま数キロ先の自転車屋を目指します。
