The team of Bike Rental Cycle allowed us to have a fantastic honeymoon adventure in Japan. We rented two road bikes in perfect condition and cycled from Tokyo to Kyoto. The team was extremely helpful and flexible (e.g., we were allowed to send the bikes back from Kyoto via parcel service — this was a special arrangement and should be asked for in advance). Much equipment (e.g., bike bags to transport bikes in Japanese public transport, helmets) was available for rental. (Bring your own click pedals and luggage bags.) For non-Japanese speakers: The professionals speak good English and especially written communication is flawless. Two thumbs up and a big “Thank you” from us!

自分は通勤に使用し今後の購入のために長期レンタルを申し込んだのですが、 ｢デポジットとして3万円を支払わなければいけない｣と言われました。 前日のメールでは "配達業務でご利用の場合は電動アシストバイクで50,000円、電動アシストバイク以外は30,000円の保証金を預からせていただきます。" としか書いてなかったので車両代金長期レンタル代だけでいいはずでは無いのでしょうか？ また、借りたかった車両が ｢故障しているので貸せない｣ と当日の朝の10分前に電話で伝えられました。 ・なぜ故障しているままの車両がレンタル可能な状態で選択できるのか、 ・故障している場合はレンタルをしていたユーザが責任を持って直すべきでは無いのか、 色々と不明確な部分が多すぎたため、デポジットを払う事が嫌になり何もせずに退店しました。 新規約になるまではいいお店だと思っていたのですが、今回の件で色々と不信感が拭えないのでもう利用することは無いです。
当日思い付き（予約無し）で伺ったにも関わらず、とても親切にご対応頂けました。E-BIKEの購入検討中という事もあり、色々と有意義なアドバイスも頂き参考になりました。 アクシデントで転倒してしまい、車体に傷を付けてしまいましたが、むしろ体の方を心配してくれて、本当に優しくご対応頂きました。 また機会があったら是非利用したいと思えるお店です。
