A very welcoming place. I was relieved that the doctor spoke perfect English and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy I found this one!

One of the best experiences I ever had with a doctor! They were so kind and caring and the treatment was quick and good quality. English ability was also very appreciated. Thank you!

I've visited the clinic on mid-week, during lunchtime - there were no other patients there at the time and I've been seen by a doctor within 5 - 10 minutes. A receptionist and a nurse were polite and approachable, I speak very little Japanese and they spoke very little English but we were able to communicate (to a certain extend). The doctor who's seen me had a direct and professional approach. Her English was excellent and I was able to explain my situation. I've been prescribed antibiotics and asked to come back if symptoms persists. The cost with Health Insurance was between 2000 - 3000 yen. So far it was my only visit there.

I was having a problem with my toe cuticle. Dr. Behr was able to see me the same day and was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a successful remedy. Dr. Behr and her team were very courteous and professional, had strong English capabilities, and were clearly comfortable supporting a foreign audience of patients. I will certainly return to Daimon Medical Clinic and would recommend to others.

I would not recommend this clinic because the doctor was very rude. I walked into the room, she did not introduce herself and proceeded to talk over me and interrupt me almost every sentence I spoke. I was in the room for 2 minutes (the clinic didn’t offer the treatment I was looking for) and still had to pay. Furthermore, any issue I brought up, I was told that they don’t treat that at the clinic.

Absolutely do not recommend. Receptionist doesn't speak English. I came in with a burn and ask the doctor to look at it. She refused to, saying she is not qualified. What kind of dermatologist is that? The receptionist referred me to another clinic instead and was really rude. The other clinic did not accept Japanese health insurance. Unacceptable!

SHORT: Overall, come here if you need a simple (it's a clinic... not a large state of the art hospital) meet up with a nice doctor in a very homely setting. I will point out one downside though, is that the small size of the clinic does mean that I have experienced 30 min wait times once or twice. LONG REVIEW: Travel to and from Japan a lot and always end up coming here for a reoccurring skin issue I have, and have brought family and friends. Only had one bad experience, and that was when the main doctor wasn't there that day and I instead had to deal with a strange replacement. The 4 star goes to the fact that the doctor is very realistic and doesn't BS about treatments to waste time or money, and actually lives up to the claim of speaking english. (I point this out as other clinics I had to claimed to, but spoke broken english instead). Obviously clinics can be hit or miss depending on the person and time, but I wouldn't bear too much weight on the super negative reviews. Clearly too much emotion going into them. Only place I would rate one star was a hospital in my hometown in which there wasn't even clean tap water.
