Very bad processes and service. I needed to send a package abroad called there English service. Was told to go this center with cash. Went there paid cash. Went out and that is when the misery started. They call me back. Obviously they cannot speak English so needed to find people to understand. Found out that they made a mistake and I needed to pay more. Called there English line, no help and they also closed. So I make another trip, spend more time and money. And give him the balance he asks for. Get on the bus and he calls me back that he made another mistake. So I have to go back again. 3 trips and aggravation to send 1 package. Disaster.. avoid them

Was using FedEx since more than 20 years but have to say well worth a try! If their services and performance / price relation of the last 10 shipments will continue may rethink our shipping options.

They accept only cash. Price is quite expensive compare to other courier services. But DHL online tracking is quite easy compare to japanese customer care if you don’t know japanese.
