日本で最低の買い物経験でした。接客サービスを見直した方が良いかもしれません。どんなお客様でも、マナーが１位。二度と行かないお店です。After almost 4 years of living and working in Japan, is the first time I had such rude shopping experience. After work, I just wanted to buy my usual Dior foundation without applying for point card or try other cosmetics (I know what I want to buy and I don’t like to be trapped with force selling conversation) . After paying with credit card the - not at all cheap - foundation (6500yen) the girl of the shop just disappeared. Leaving me alone at the customer corner chair, without even giving me a shopping bag to place what I bought or tell me thank you. I putted in my bag the bought foundation and left the shop with nobody saying me nothing. Even if you buy a bubble gum in combini they give you a plastic shopping bag. But not Dior, if you don’t spend all the time and money you have in the wallet. You really lost a customer.

入店時に挨拶もなく、商品を見ていても声掛けもなしで驚きました。コロナ禍であまり声を出さないようにしているのかも？とも思いましたが同じフロアの別ブランドのお店ではきちんと接客があり、十分に距離は保てていたこと、DIOR内で接客中ではない従業員もいたことを踏まえると非常に残念でした。 口コミを投稿しようとしたら同じ思いをされてる方が数名いらっしゃったので長期間改善されていない店舗、口コミをチェックしていないということが明白ですね…

化粧品コーナーは同じ建物内にあります。 友人への誕生日プレゼントに小さなバッグを購入しました。優しい声の店員さんが丁寧に接客、梱包してくださいました！！
