Why do you close at 7 pm whiles others closes at 8 pm and better still services to foreigners needs to be improved. Example, I was at your store before some people came but i was to wait for hours whiles people were passing by. Why.

Tight Lines

Very friendly and professional. Listened to all of our concerns and provided us with a better service plan and rates. Our recurring charges were explained to us in detail, then was offered a more feasible campaign that would reduce our monthly charges and still meet our desired needs. We were very pleased with our representative's efforts.

母親の付き合いで初めて来店しました。勝手が分からず、一部戸惑いました。平日の昼間に予約して行きましたが、案内は受け付けの順番だったので予約した意味が無いと感じました。いつも行くショップだと予約優先なので…。ただ、従業員の方は、親切丁寧に説明してたのが好印象でした。店自体は、比較的に新しいので綺麗に清掃されていました。立地的に駅近です。提携駐車場があると思いますが、今回は分かりませんでした。

入店して、直ぐにアルコール消毒と検温があります。 座る所も、ソーシャル保ってます。早めに行けば そんなに待ち時間もありませんよ。

予約時間があるのに、時間がかかりすぎ。17時半の予約で、終わったのが20時!しかも頭金と言う名の手数料が13000円！最初頭金と言われたので、機種代の頭金かと思ったら、月々の金額が安くなっていなかったので、よく聞くと、お店の手数料じゃん！ネットで購入すればこの頭金はかからないので自分で設定できるなら、ネットがいーですよ。購入前に頭金の事をキチンと説明すべきだし、頭金と言うのは紛らわしい。ドコモに騙された感じ。

待ち時間や手続きに時間がかかり今まで低評価だったのですが､かなり改善されていました｡相当評判悪かったのでしょう｡今は予約して､事前に規約などを見ておけばホントにスムーズに事務手続きが済みます｡ちなみに今回2台の機種変で約2時間でした｡少しづつですが長期契約者を大事にする姿勢も感じられました｡今までがどんだけ酷かったんだよというフィードバックでもあるんですけどね｡ その後､機種変で訪問した時､研修中の人を割り当てられ無駄に時間を取られデータ引き継ぎのサポートが受けられず時間切れで帰りました｡閉店間際で待ち人数が少なかったからなのか､罰ゲームのような気分でした｡
