Horrible tax return operations. Followed the sign to walk through whole second floor to reach the tax return counter in the end and was surprised to see the sign there indicating that all items required tax return MUST be paid on the ground floor first. Had to walk a long way down stairs and then walked all the way upstairs all over again. What a unprofessional way to waste customer's precious time.

Two floors of Don Quijote goodness. Don't be fooled by how small this store looks on the outside. You'll still get the same craziness as you do at any other Donki. Tax Refund is available after purchases at the Tax Refund counter in the store. The store also features a Hello Kitty popcorn vending machine. Definitely a great stop for those last minute souvenirs.

Your standard Donki, meaning tons and tons of goods spread around two floors and prices on some items are great, even best in town and some more expensive, so keep an eye on that. Japanese whisky selection here way better than in any other supermarket or Donki I have seen in Japan early 2019. Of course the selection here neither is great and prices are extremely high as we have now getting used to. Tax return route across the store is almost comical on the length of it.

Worth the stop. I would save a good chunk of money for all the souvenirs and Japanese specialty items you could purchase here. Not much of the merchandise is in English, so I would do your research on what to purchase before hand! You could spend over an hour just walking through all the sections.

They got it all. Spacious too. Accessible too. First time I was there.

Decently stocked store right near the heart of Ginza.

Don Quijote is THE go to destination for all your souvenirs! The Ginza store is spread over 2 levels and has every type of product imaginable. The alcohol section is well stocked and prices are great, especially for tourists who want to claim back tax. One thing to note - although there are cashiers on both levels, the tax free counter for this store is on the top level (this is where they pack items into special bags). If you are shopping late at night, you may need to go to a cashier downstairs to pay first, and then bring all your items upstairs to have it packaged and get your refund.
