It's OK. Not sure if I can recommend this place, but not a total reject. Food was good. Menu is expensive. Atmosphere is great. Lots of reviews complaining about staff and service. Staff and service was OK, but not to the level it should be for this level of a restaurant. It was not busy during our meal. I can see service being an issue when it is busy. Take a chance on this place if none of the other restaurants appeal to you.

Bad for staff's attitude. No good at quality compare to the price. Do not wanna go again! Only good for city view.

This place is very lacking in what they offer for the money. 10,000 for an open bar and food buffet, but they try and charge you extra when you request a certain spirit. They actually made up the prices because there were no drink menu to go by. The bartenders knew nothing about making drinks, their attitude was awful regarding how workers should act towards customers. The manager wasn’t helpful either and the overall service was deplorable to say the least. If you’re looking for a nice place to eat and enjoy steer clear of this place because it is absolutely atrocious!! And the staff are horrible and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered having to work on a Sunday. The absolute worse restaurant/bar in all of Japan. If you don’t believe it just read the other 1 star ratings below. I wonder how this place even stays in business. I doubt the owner even cares or reads the reviews, or he pays his staff so little he just allows it without a care.

Good location. Nice food. Nice bread. Just a bit pricy because of wonderful location. We got kicked out in 90 minutes. There weren’t people waiting in line outside so why...? A friend of mine joined afterwards (she came in late for 30 min) and there wasn’t additional seat. We found a vacant seat at our next table and we asked the customers at the next table directly if we can use it. They were fine with it. We managed to squeeze the seat into our table but the restaurant wasn’t very pleased with it... We were uncomfortable with the rude attitude of the staff there. Not so sure if my foreign national friends would like to go there again. probably not. Food and the atmosphere of the restaurant was good so it’s a pity.

It is a restaurant where Awajishima and Nagano collaborated. The atmosphere is nice in open kitchen, open counter and terrace seat anywhere. Decoa has created a very calm space based on white based on the ceiling facility which was popular in the 80 's and 90' s.

The promise of a really nice atmosphere, but the service, and value for what we paid was atrocious. They served me near raw venison, and when I asked to cook it more, they said it would be impossible. Although I was accommodated at the end, this is not the type of dining experience you would like to have. This is a perfect example of how in Japan, such an amazing country full of detail, you have the paradox of there being very superficial experiences which do not depict the depth of the culture whatsoever. This is an archetypal extension to the bubble era in the 80’s and 90’s which was just producing terrible restaurants with comparably terrible service.

Unremarkable. In addition, male service staff at the garden terrace was extremely arrogant. Visited when it was only a few weeks old after opening. My original review written in April 2018 was removed after it claimed its ownership of this businese profile. Unable to rate beyond 1-star based on the bad service & attitude.
