The worst customer service ever. Do not rely on JR to get you to the airport on time!! We purchased the week JR green card and attempted to get to the airport. The train was out of service so they had us go to 2 different stations to take a different train. Once we got there, they told us we could only use a bus which would take 80 minutes or could pay for tickets to get to the airport. The line to get tickets was extremely long because so many other people were in the same situation. Of course this is during rush hour and we are hopefully going to make our flight by taxi. Do not use them for airport transportation. The bus limousine is a much better deal. Absolutely horrible customer service.

JR East gave me amazing experience during my travel in Japan. Taking Yamanote line is a convenient way to travel within Tokyo. Also, their staff gave me the best service with good manner when I took the Shinkansen. By the way, when you travelling on a Limited Express, eating delicious food sold in the station, watching the beautiful scenery outside the window... At the moment, you just can't believe how wonderful the world is!

Real estate company that lends land acquired from the government. The IOT of the company’s charity project called “railway management” is obsolete.
