The service at the consulate is atrocious. I don't understand why they have such a bad attitude and lack of patience. I am from Argentina and am embarrassed that this is our representation in Japan.

Nunca solucionan ningún problema, llamas a la embajada y siempre te dicen que tenes que comunicarte con el consulado. Llamas en consulado y tampoco te resuelven nada. Para peor, hasta te cortan el llamado. Cuando llamas desde el principio que te atienden sin ganas.
旅行するにあたり聞きたいことがあったので電話しました。受付の対応(態度)がとても悪く、日本語の問題だと思っていましたが、後日時間内に連絡を取るように言われ何度も電話を掛けても一向に繋がりません。おおよそ拒否リストにでも入れられたのかと感じました。 他の方のコメントと経験からするに、だと思います。
