Yes, I'm surprised to leave 5 stars (valid for today's visit only). Applying for PCC, a Japanese lady attended me at the counter. Gotta say this is the first time there wasn't any hiccups - my case was processed seamlessly and all questions answered without any attitude whatsoever. I'm still surprised . Attached are some key thing's to note before you visit the embassy (including the need to have EXACT CHANGE‼️). On a closing note, sad ️ to see Indian nationals pleading for information / help about flights back to India, only to be crudely told that they should call up some \emergency covid19 helpline\ all of which can apparently found on the website. Period ‼️

Embassy is walkable from Kudanshita station exit 2. Its located in quite central Tokyo and Royal Garden is just around. I have availed several services here and no disappointments. Making enquiry on call can be misleading sometimes however keep marginal time in hand when you go. Normally all counsellor services accepts application in morning 1012. Website is quite informative and and if followed properly you can expect smooth operations. Note: - Baby carts can't be carried inside after certain point and have to be parked outside the office. - No special toilets are available. Plan accordingly if you have kids or infants with you.
Good experience with staffs.. they are very kind. Just it take little waiting time but depends on other application requests.
Embassy of India, Tokyo Japan is located in Kudanshita. The staffs are helpful and supportive. A mini India in Japan. Once can find some good time to spent around the place since there is a shrine and also Kudanshita Park. Just beside the Embassy, there is an Indian restaurant where one can enjoy traditional Indian foods.
