First the entrance they was nice but inside... They didn't take the document I gave her and them the D-D I leave the country without visa because their didn't have the document and I had to run for my fly. I was pregnant. And so I lost 1 day and half of my travel for that.

Very rude staff. The embassy should make the first impression of the country. After visiting this embassy I dont want to go to Korea anymore. It is a pity.

If you're going to apply for a visa, this is NOT the place. They have the consular division in another building which is located 10 minutes away from this place. They should've stated it in the website :/

Missing information on their website. Getting Visa is on their consular office which is not in this building. Visa Application time is from 9 am to 11 am

25일 10시반쯤에 운전면허 관련하여 전화한 사람입니다. 그때 받으신 나이 있어보이는 여자직원분 평소에도 전화응대 하실때 그런식으로 하시나요? 서비스직이 아니니까 이해하면서 들으려고 하는데 처음 받을때부터 끝까지 왜 화를 내시는건가 싶을정도로 격앙되서 말씀하시는데 듣는 내내 기분이 기분이 너무 안좋더라구요. 그렇다고 업무관련해서 잘 알지도 못하시던데 도로교통공단 사이트나 네이버만 검색해도 나오는 양식 설명을 모른다고 직접 알아보라니요. 이 글 꼭 좀 보셨으면 좋겠구요, 업무태도는 개선하실 필요가 있다고 봅니다.
