Dear Mr Saito was our guide for 5days. He is a local resident from Sapporo and able to speak English. Although we are quite a big group, he was patient and thoughtful in planning our timing. With his knowledge about Hokkaido, he could share facts and bring us to places that we should see and gourmet food at reasonable prices. Thank you for your wonderful service!

We rented the van of Mr Saitoh last Jan 25 and 26, 2020. Mr Saitoh is very nice and patient in our trip. He took us to many places around Hokkaido. I highly recommend his van, enough for us 5 pax ( the van is 9seater), very clean and comfortable through out our trip. He is also our tour guide at the same time. Thank you very much Mr Saitoh for taking good care of us for 2 days. You kept us safe and gave us a memorable tour at Hokkaido!

Mr Saitoh was a very kind and informative English-speaking guide. He showed us many beautiful sights such as Lake Shikotsu, Kyoguku Spring as well as Lake Toya. Along with such popular attractions, he also took us to less well-known but equally pleasant places such as a unique mushroom farm and restaurant. The highlight of our 3-day tour was dog-sledding which was not only very enjoyable but also at a very reasonable price. Overall had a great experience so many thanks to Mr Saitoh!

Saitoh San was with us for 4 full days in August 2019 which included airport pick up and drop off. Saitoh San was not just a driver for us, he is also an English speaking, licensed tour guide and a local Sapporo resident. Hence he was above our expectation of just hiring a transport and a driver. He took us to many places and eateries where mainly known to locals and Japanese tourists. He knows where to eat good food that is not pricey. He kindly explained the history and significance of places that we visited. As we had 2 elderly parents with us, Saitoh San was caring and patient with the special requirement that were needed by the elders. We would recommend Saitoh Taxi to other Sapporo visitors in all seasons. Even in the snow season, his van has 4WD.

Saitoh San is a reliable, responsive and puntual driver. We booked his 9-seaters van to go to Furano flower festival. But he brought us to other places too along the way and be our tour guide as well. As it was peak period during that time, we wasted some time waiting for our food to be served in the restaurant. Saitoh San was very nice to extend our sight-seeing time in Furano up to 5pm. Our initial agreement was that we should return to our hotel by 5pm.

Mr Saitoh was patient and very accomodating. We are a group of 7 with a baby age 1, child seat and the car was very clean. Umbrellas are avail in his car in event of rain which was very useful. We book him for 4 days 3 nights inclusive airport transfers at different days as we wanted some time in sapporo free and easy. We communicated in email and whatsapp prior the tour. The arrangement was seamless and Saitoh-san was very responsive. Highly recommend him for anyone travelling in a group to Hokkaido.
