WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN JAPAN!!! The female Asian woman in the shop had the WORST ATTITUDES I had ever experience in Japan! She looked so impatience and was very cold, when I checked out at the counter, she took my credit card very rude and scratched my arm physically when she hit my arm to ask me to put in pin code, this is incredibly RUDE, I was very angry because it’s the FIRST TIME someone scratched me instead of asking me for my attention, I can’t believe and am still angry at her attitude and physical encounter. I didn’t say a word In the shop because there was other costumer waiting. But her attitude is totally intolerance and I need an apology.

ちょいちょい寄ってます店の中は見やすくてスタッフの方は質問に対しても丁寧に答えてくださって丁度いい間隔で話してくれるので選びやすいです又寄らせてもらいますねぇ️
やっぱレゲエ好きなら 絶対行っといた方がいいところです！ 雰囲気もBGMもいい感じです
