Cheap and well-located but a very lackluster experience - either avoid the meals or try to book something else. Building is your average dated Japanese inn with small tatami rooms and shared bathrooms. Dinner was OK but the portions were very small and breakfast was 1 slice of fish, rice and miso soup.

It's a pity that they don't accept and not friendly for overseas customers. We had a phone call with them and they told us that it's still available for reservation, and ask us sending email for formal reservation. After sending email, they did't reply yet but update website said "No reservation available now" and "Guest must to have Japan address".

接客は丁寧でご飯はとても美味しい ティアン最高〜！
欧風といいつつまったく感じず、ただありきたりな和風民宿でした。欧風の個性も感じず中途半端。 そしてなにより従業員の態度の悪さ。 接客業にもかかわらず笑顔もなければこちらの顔すら見ないでテーブルのものを下げさせる。 特に、受付などをやってる女の人がいちばんの宿の顔であるにもかかわらずなにもやる気を感じない。 二度ともう行かないです。

苗場スキー場近くの民宿。まぁよかったです。いろいろな人が来るのでしょうか従業員がちょっと冷たい感じでした。
事前に電話でまだ予約可能と聞いたのに、 メールで予約連絡をしたら、 返信もなくて、突如ホームページに 「宿泊者ご本人に連絡が取れる住所が 日本国内にある方に限ります。」 差別しか見えませんでした。
