We had a private session for four children. Gen was very patient with the kids, gave them breaks when needed -- playing with them in the snow. The kids went learning to stop to taking up the Gondola and skiing all the way down in 3 days of lessons. We will definitely be using Evergreen Ski School again the next time we are in Tsugaike.

I put my 3 year old daughter into the Yeti Club program as her first taste of ski school, and found it to be a very positive experience. Not familiar with the latest sign up/sign in procedure, the staff were helpful and professional in directing me with what to do, and I was able to drop her off with ease. The instructors put huge amounts of energy and patience into the lesson - thank you Scott - and when I collected her after lunch she was very happy. As a mother, thats a great result.

Had 2 half day snowboarding lessons. Both instructors were SO good at explaining, patiently guiding and giving awesome feedback. Second day I was one of 2 in the class, which was an amazing added bonus. The first day the class got capped at 8 so still plenty of attention to go around. I was able to get through beginner slopes (including turns) by the end of the second lesson which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Daniel (I think) and Dylan!!

The staff at the front desk were organised and responded efficiently to emails and phone calls. The instructor was kind and helpful with some good tips. But I don't feel it was great value for money because the ski class did not start at 10 am on the slope as they do elsewhere. We arrived at 9.30 as requested and waited \u003e30 minutes before we got on a bus, then a long gondola ride before we could put on our ski's. Evergreen called our instructor four times during our 1hr 45 min class which really made the clients experience seem like a lower priority then filling up classes.
