Lower than Matsuyama-jo (castle) and yet on top of this word. We were here on a cold winter night, Jan 3, 2021. Romantic Matsuyama city night scape we were lucky to see and share a ride with friends in the clear transparent buggy, who showed us that the Matsuyama view is actually nihon-ichi. ありがとうございました！あけましておめでとうございます。

Please dont expect a stunning night view as here is just second tier city. But its nice to see around the city esp its free for those who is holding Jr ALL SHIKOKU Rail Pass. 15mins per round, and no queuing , even a few ppl on car at 7pm weekday lol.
free for passport holder. staffs are nice and helper. friendly to visitors.

路面電車の1dayパスポートを購入したら乗車券も付いてきました 。コロナの影響で、乗る人は全くいなかったので、行列もなく、待ち時間はなし。観覧車はとてもゆっくり回るので、松山城だけでなく、松山市内の光景をじっくり見ることができます。
ALL伊予ワンデーパスを購入したら観覧車の乗車券も付いていたので乗ってみました。 約15分で1周するので松山市の街並みをじっくり見つめることができます。
松山市駅の高島屋の屋上に鎮座する観覧車。 やっと乗れると思ったら、あいにくの雨でしたが、シースルーのゴンドラを堪能しました。 晴れていれば瀬戸内海や松山城の方も綺麗に見えただろうと思います。 近景の街並みに一番印象に残ったのは墓地でした。遊園地ではなく街の中にある観覧車なので、思いがけないものが見えるのは醍醐味のひとつと思いますが、墓地が見える観覧車も珍しいのではないでしょうか？ 墓地の他にも、大街道商店街のアーケードの屋根が見られるのも面白いです。 今度乗るチャンスがあるときは、ぜひ晴れて下さい！ 2017年10月28日
