What's so special about this former school is that it is currently the main training camp for the incredible taiko troupe Za Ondekoza. As of this year, 2019, anybody can actually organise to participate in special training camps by contacting the group. And from 2020 there will be even more ways to participate. The school and grounds themselves are a bit dilapidated, but there are some beautiful cherry blossoms on the grounds.

廃校後は何かの施設として使用されているようだが不明だ。廃校の記念碑的なものも見つからなかった。
