I was very sick with some infection in the lungs, My wife and I went there after a GP we earlier visited did not give a damn about my symptoms. After registering me and me agreeing to pay 5500 because there is no referral, i was asked to fall in line and wait for my turn to see the doctor. And so we did for two hours or so. It was around 12 noon when my number was called. Only when we approached, we were told that doctor wont see me, without a referral and that I have to go to my GP and ask for one. Then I can come back the next day. And I was really feeling bad and could hardly stand. My wife cried infront of the nurses for plea as I already collapsed once prior to the visit, But to no avail. This hospital has no empathy. Their staff are rude, unhappy about their jobs and don’t care about the condition of patients. I was sent home and advised to call an ambulance if I collapse again.

入院しました。5階外科病棟です。看護師も看護助手も掃除の方もお医者さんも。皆さんいい方でした！コロナで面会無しですが、この方々がいたから乗り越えられました！若い子からベテランの方までいて、安心できます。違う病院に入院したこともありますが、またもし何かあったら深谷赤十字に入院したいです！コンビニやドトールなどは無いのですが…でも人はいいです。あったかいですよ。

こちらの紹介を受け、受付開始時間よりも早く行ったのに、3時間以上待たされた。 結局こちらでは無理と断られ、行った意味がなかった。

まともに診療も出来ないヤブ医者の巣窟です。絶対にオススメしません。

診療部門間の、即ち横の連係が行き届いている印象。素晴らしいです。

祖母が眼科にかかりました。先生の対応が早く、失明せずにすみました。定期受診は、診察は待ち時間が少しありますが、会計は早いです。 夜間の小児科は悪くはないけどもう少し、かな。同じ症状で他の病院はもう少し丁寧だったので。 骨折した知人いわくリハビリはいまいちだそうです。

乳癌手術で 1ヶ月ほど入院しました そして今も引き続き通院中です 外科の担当医も看護婦さんも大変良くしてくれました 入院先のフロアーの看護師さんも 皆さん良くして頂きました 放射線科の先生も事細かに説明してくれ しっかりと納得させてくれます 穏やかな先生です 栄養面からもサポートして頂いたりと ほんとに良くして頂きました 某個人病院からの紹介で日赤に来ましたが 最初は 先生方も看護師も 受付も あちゃー…ってなくらい 恐怖でしかなかったのですが クレーム殺到して改善をしたのか否か(笑 いつの日からか コロッと変わりました(笑 ここならこの先お付き合いが出来る!!と思わせてくれる病院となりました が 何処の先生だか 入院中に頂いたお菓子を見て こーゆーの食べてるからダメなんだよなぁ… って文句言われたなぁ…(笑 てゆーか 当時の夕飯も全部食べられないのにそれも食えるかってーの ちゃんと聞いてから喋れよ？(笑 それとも欲しかったのか？プリン？!!(笑
