No customer service at all! They asked me to wait for the guy and didn’t even bother to offer me a seat. Waited for almost 30mins just for a single transaction. DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE!

Nothing "FUN" about this agency. This is the worst experience in a business that I've had while living in Japan. The foreign guy that received me was insanely rude and refused to give me proper assistance and instead kept asking for my information while being rude to me. So much that I ended up leaving mid procedure to go to another place. I'm dealing with a considerable sum of money and asked him to at least give me a WU paper so I can fill my information instead of the sketchy paper block he gave me and the guy literally REFUSED service. I had to LITERALLY tell him to stop talking to me the way he was and the guy kept being unprofessional and overly rude. Don't go here, there's a way better one near Roppongi station anyway.
