specialist coffee shop with great team for marketing and competition. if you buy beans you would get a free cup from any available beans. good coffee though sometimes they would sold out or some were not so fresh. Avoid going there during coffee festival period in asia as most of their beans would be sold out then or some are not so fresh. just my 2 cents.

\u200d Even though not famous yet, this is a top level specialty coffee roastery. Run happily by the 2016 World Brewers Cup champion (Tetsu Kasuya) and his partner & skilled coffee roaster (Masami Kaji). From high grade single origins, to delicious medium blends to even their Chocolaty, extra caramelized darker roasts (For the general public) we were truely amazed by the quality. highly recommend.
ブラジルの豆を購入。とても美味しくいただきました。 しかしながら､バリスタ世界チャンピオンで代表の粕谷さん？に接客してもらったのですが、写真などで見る笑顔とは裏腹に驚くほど無愛想で、高圧的な態度の方という印象。 バリスタというのは、こういうものなんだなと思いました。
駅から少し離れた場所にあるがコーヒー一杯飲むだけでも行ってみる価値はある。
妻と二人で訪問。 店内での飲食を希望する旨を伝えたところ、席が空いてから、飲み物を作るので、先に注文だけ承りますとのこと。 しかし、店員さんは、言ったことを忘れてしまったのか、席が空く前に注文品を作り始めた。当然、注文品はすぐに出来上がり、私達に渡してきた。 渡された飲み物を持ちながら、10分くらい待っていたところ、席が空き、やっと座れると思って妻と顔を見合わせて安堵の笑み。 しかし、店員さんは、後から来た別のお客さんを、先に案内。 私達は、冷えきった飲み物を持ち、悲しい気持ちでその場を後にした。 悲しいので、二度といきたくない。
いつもシャポーの店舗を利用させてもらってます。 内装もおしゃれで素敵なお店です。 いろんなコーヒー豆があって選んでもらうのも楽しいです。
