Fantastic stay, can’t recommend enough. Lots of safety procedures for COVID being taken including social distancing, masks, and sanitizers in the room. Beautifully kept apartments feel like a home away from home, extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Furano Lofts, I hope to come back again one day!

Modern cottage style accommodation with lovely facilities including in unit washing machine. Wonderful attentive staff and a beautiful modern clean and spacious unit. We spent two nights here and loved it, we were there in early summer and will come back for the snow.

We stayed in summer. Highly recommended for the hospitality, cleanliness and nicely decorated interior. There is also a private onsen for guests to use.

This is the best hotel in our entire stay in Hokkaido for our 11 days trip. The staff Tim and Leon were very helping too. They have provided us with lots of information to help with our trip. We stayed here for a night and booked a 2 bedrooms apartment (Yama 1). The bed rooms are on level 2 with a huge bathroom (with bathtub), 2 washing basins, washing and dryer machine in it but it is a shared toilet. I love the bed of this apartment, it is the most comfortable bed and pillow of our entire stay as well. Level 1 is a small living room, dining table that is good for 6, a small kitchenette and a toilet. The deco and furniture is tastefully done up. Christy Singapore
