Delicious tempura don. They have an English menu with pictures but they had to search around a bit for it so I guess they don't get too many foreigners. No cost on menu but it's cheap. This tempura bowl was 800 yen. We went at lunch time after visiting the Tori gates and it was quite busy with locals.

Near Ryukoku University, ALL Teishoku/Dishes are at 800! Very good tempura and also a variety of other delicious dishes to choose from! Beware, it may take a little to order at times. 学生時代はよく来たもんだ。 久しぶりに来た() 18年ぶりかな？ 近くの『モグモグ亭』が閉店してたのは残念だが、『天えい』さんは何も変わってない 店構え、店内の雰囲気と懐かしく思いながらよく食べた『かしわロース煮定食』を注文。 くぅ〜、やっぱり旨いっ‼️ 学生の皆さん、 必ず、10年後、20年後はやってきます。 時間を大切に一生懸命、勉強して、一生懸命、日々を楽しんで下さい。 学生時代は最高の4年間です。 ご馳走様でした。 一瞬ですが、学生時代に戻れた感覚です（笑） また来ます。
