- Excellent Service - ask about the point program ( the more you ask about galaxy products the more point you gained then you can exchange them inside with food (( in galaxy cafe )) or some other simple products) - all should wear mask and temperature check before entrance - photo experience was really good - sharing your instagram photos and hundreds screens and take photo - I love the decorations

I visited the store to buy a new S21 Ultra, but they told me that they will not sell SIM free phone. So I told them, then it's better I reserve a new S21 Ultra at the DoCoMo store near my house. But when I tried to book at DoCoMo store, thry were not able to book it on my number because Galaxy Hsrajuku already booked it on my number. That's so unprofessional, & they won't cancel the booking because it's going to take long time to cancel. Overall, very unprofessional behavior by Galaxy Harajuku store!!!
Samsung Galaxy mobile store located in Harajuku. But it's unlike any other mobile store you'll see. They have 6 floors, each floor having several attractions and experiences. Some of the experience requires you to pre-register. You can rent a galaxy mobile which acts as your tour guide! You can collect points by taking parts in attractions. There's a cafe in the second floor. You can exchange the points you've earned by getting a donut or exclusive Olympics pin as souvenir. Definitely recommended.
Awesome For Galaxy Lovers.. excellent staff and their display is unique.. couldn't visit all floors due to Covid but you get all for Samsung... Keep it up
Customer service is top notch. Beautiful interior. The cafe is lovely. There's an outside part attached to the cafe where you can sit and eat and just relax. I'd recommend
Good experience. It's a sort of museum, shop and experience of Samsung products. A coffee shop it's included in the experience!. Nice plan if you are around Harajuku area

Everything on the display floor was the Galaxy S20 5G. AThe 2 foldable phones that are out. Mulitple floors that will keep you busy and lounge areas for the much needed rest breaks. Top 2 floors are interactive with things you can post to your social media site.
