Hokuto Aizawa (Hitohira)

This area of Asakusabashi is famous for leather supply and crafts. So you can find many hand-crafted item around here. However, when I first time visiting this area, I find HI-CONDITION were one of the most enjoyful store around this area. Not only because their leather and canvas items are well crafted, but president Osada-san's personality and his passion made you feel you want to own one of his items. Most of his items are produced by him focused truly Japan made product, and not available at any other place. I gifted his items to many people living outside of Japan, and they loved HI-CONDITION items and now my friends are visiting here when they are visiting Japan. - Hokuto

I’ve been to the old shop and have a few items from this store. Everything is lovingly made and of high quality. The owner makes everything from design to finishing. And he’s an amazingly friendly and patient. Can’t wait to go back and see the new space!

I traveled to Japan in early November and visited Hi-Condition and it was such a fun experience! I loved Yuji Osada-sans passion and work ethic towards his craft. His designs are practical and simple, while using the highest quality materials like Japanese hanpu canvas, denim, and Italian/Belgian leather. I use and really enjoy my leather belt, and canvas tote bag I got from him. I highly recommend going here for handmade goods!
