I won't give any star if I could! Very rude, uninformative, unhelpful, IGNORANT shop staffs. I was looking for a 925 silver wire. One of the staff (a male) show me a wire and sold that to me. When I got home, I checked it on their Genuine website by their item number, it turned out to be rhodium plated silver, and it say nowhere that its 925. So I came back to the store and asked for a refund. The a female staff refused it saying that if it's not a damaged item, they cannot provide a refund. So I was trying to explain that they male staff told me that it's a 925 silver wire, that's why I bought it. But when I check it on their Genuine website says rhodium plated silver. She said that it's 925 only plated with rhodium to prevent tarnish. I said I know what rhodium is but I need a pure 925 silver wire.. plus the price of this rhodium plated silver is 10x more than a pure 925 silver wire (and I showed her an example from rakuten). Then she said, sorry but the price from our company cannot be compared to any other company. (like hello, that's not my point!!) Looong story short, she went to look for a manager. And the manager gave me a special occasion returns right away. Duh! what a wasted 45 minutes of my life for these incompetent staffs. Not to mention a train fee just to return a 500 wire. Don't come here. Just get your beads and findings at rakuten or better yet Okachimachi!
