Great Idea but I was disappointed ... The shop is tiny and the merchandise is super expensive. Not just "Japan Expensive" no it super super expensive and the variety is not that big. The "museum" is kind of cool as they pretend everything is real. They have some "hands one" exhibit and staff is dressed as scientists. The Gundam "moves" but to really by it self. The machine in the back is pretty obvious. I did not pay the 3k extra for dock tower and I am glad I didn't. Cant imagine that its worth the money.

Very expensive taxi from train station that cost 27 dollars. 16 dollars to get in and see Gundam move. Other than that its a store to buy toys. Great if you have miss. Awesome bay area and park outside and Chinatown is a block away.

Awesome engineering feat..and yet I want MORE! The GPS directions get you close but like all things in the city parking is a nightmare. Recommend taking the train and exploring nearby Red Brick and Minatomirai after. You can see the movements from outside. Entrance is a little pricey but worth it once. Museum in side explains the history of the collaboration and there’s a recommendation wall on the way out to write down what you want them to make him do in the future. Cafe offers minor selections and is expensive. Think Disney. Nice souvenir items, indoor and out door seating. The ordering screens have an English option so it’s easy to know what you’re ordering if you don’t speak Japanese

Impressive! I had so much fun that I watched it for several times. Great to watch it after sunset as the lights from the robot make it way cooler Enter the lab to discover how the robot was created and engineered. Gundam fan or not, this place will surely amaze you. Awesome experience!

Visited just before sunset (from 16:00) so that I was able to catch it both in daylight and at night. There's a good museum with detailed explanation about it's design and construction. It was freezing since it was January but it was worth it. It is pricy and one should buy tickets well in advance but it was totally worth it.

Absolutely amazing feat of engineering and a cool way to spend an afternoon. This Gundam is the real deal and it’s so inspiring to watch it move and strike poses. Highly recommended!

If you like Gundams definitely check it out. Make sure to buy tickets in advance online if you want to get on the Dock Tower. Movement is slow, but it's huge and still impressive.
