Best chicken ever!!!! Honestly I'm in Love with this chicken. The place is busy but you can make reservations. Smoking is allowed inside. It's a few hundred meters outside of the JR tachikawa north exit.

I would recommend a rice dish (Ruro rice) with plenty of ground meat and cilantro, the specialty of Tachikawa. You can take mapo-tofu, egg soup and Szechuan pickles (zasai) as much as you like.

Local izakaya with an interesting aesthetic! They specialize in gyoza, but they also sell an incredible mango flavored shaved ice かき氷 that you must try. The evenings are often packed with locals, so you may find yourself having to make a reservation. Try their chicken wing gyozas, or their gyozas packed with hot soup. Either way you can't go wrong.
マンホールカード収集の途中でランチ。 まるで豚まんの中身のような餃子。 餃子というより皮で包んだハンバーグといった印象。 餃子定食と揚げ餃子をいただいた。 餃子一個あたりがかなり大きくボリュームがあるが、合計９個でもペロッといけてしまうくらいの味の良さ。 様々な変わり種の餃子もたくさんあった。
