My glasses screw got loose so I went to them, the store clerk told me he needs at least 2 weeks to fix it and it would cost me 5,000 yen, so he suggested I buy new glasses for at least 15,000 yen. I refused and instead, went to Zoff in Lalaport, Ebina and they fixed my glasses in 3 minutes for free. megane SUPER is a bad place and they just want you to buy from them.
