Shiho and Pete are excellent hosts and are available to answer questions, offer suggestions, make dinner reservations and more. The apartments are new, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Once you figure out the bus schedules it's pretty easy to get to any of the many ski resorts in the area and there are good restaurants and a good grocery store within walking distance.
Lovely Apartment! Warm, fast wifi and well set up kitchen. The owners were great to deal with and were very helpful for making bookings at local restaurants.
Great location with nice snowy mountain view. Very clean and modern. Heating through floor boards. Well equiped kitchen. Restful sleep with comfortable beds and quiet location. Convenient location, less than 5 min walk to local supermarket (A-coop), restaurants and Hakuba station bus stop that allows travel to various Ski Resorts in Hakuba Valley. Hosts were friendly, informative and helpful. Helped us with travel arrangements, ski gear pick up and restaurant booking. Wealth of local knowledge so can recommend ski spots depending on ski level and weather conditions. Handy Smart TV with Netflix to keep children entertained at night. Would like to return again.
