Huge shout out to Ben & the team at Hakuba Physio. Our 10 yo badly hurt her knee on day 1 and the care and treatment she received was first class. Ben was meticulous in his assessment and in addition to the ligament injury even managed to pick up a subtle bony injury that was confirmed on MRI back home. They had all of the necessary rehab equipment & our daughter headed out a much happier camper than when she went in thanks to the knee brace and crutches. Back home, the orthopaedic surgeon confirmed all of the treatment given was spot on. If you find yourself, family or friends injured whilst in Hakuba, get here however you can, you won't regret it. Oh and thanks to the Goryu ski patrol too!

Tim came to our chalet and gave 5 tired skiers massages. He brought a proper massage table and was patient and good-natured with ticklish kids' 30-min leg massages, and adults would have been happy to double the 60-min full body massages. Great technique, low back and tender shoulders and calves really well sorted. Great mid-week treat!

I don't know what I would do without Hakuba Physio! I've unfortunately suffered a number of injuries over the past few years and each time they've been able to treat me and get be back out skiing in no time. Massages are also fantastic and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Hakuba Physio, gotta give them 10/10 for quality service. Tore my MCL on the mountain, could book an appointment easily via WhatsApp and was getting checked out in a matter of hours. Very thorough assessment, explanation of my injury and the next steps needed to get back up and boarding. If you have a tumble in the jungle get in and see these guys they’re awesome.
