I stumbled across this place when I was walking around Makuhari and I couldnt be happier about it. Once I was in I felt like I entered a gate to a different realm. Obviously, restaurants like this will always be a bit over the top with its decoration and details, however, it's not negative but rather amusing and has its charm. The food is solid and they offer various dishes. It's possible to sit upstairs and enjoy some calm times with friends and business partners or just relax downstairs and engage with other people. Speaking about the people. I went back to Cala Montjoi for a couple of times and had the opportunity to exchange with various local regulars. And this is, in my opinion, the most interesting aspect of the restaurant. It's narrow, so it's easy to talk to others. The Japanese people that speak English are very interested in having a nice chat and to learn more about you and even the ones that are not able to speak English too well are more than happy to join the action. Some of the staff even speaks Spanish. With a few beers, body language and hand signs, the whole thing can turn into a great fiesta. A great way to learn more about Japan and experience real local life. I recommend this place to everyone that is open-minded and not afraid to initiate a conversation. I enjoyed it a lot!

幕張の隠れ家 スペインバル カラモンジョイ、最近訪れたお店の中でおもてなし感ピカイチのお店。初めて行った日から常連的に楽しめるのが嬉しい。アットホーム、フレンドリー、行きつけのお店、また行きたいお店、友達を連れて行きたい店、言い出したらキリがないくらい形容できるお店。メニューにない料理が出てくるのも嬉しい！シェフのこの笑顔を見ればだれでも会いに行きたくなる。さらにリーズナブルで財布にも優しいのが嬉しい。
料理も美味しかったし、スタッフの人もみんないい人達でした。
일본 속 스페인을 경험 할 수 있는 기회. 먹어본 요리는 모든 것이 맛있고 양도 충분 했습니다. 요리에 대해서 깊은 설명과 친절한 응대는 기본. 가게 주변은 전형적인 일본 마을로 관광객 입장에서 구경하기 매우 좋은 곳 입니다. 꼭 들려보시길 추천합니다.

美味しいです！オイルパスタ最高です！ ワインもたくさん種類があります！ 何と言ってもパタタスブラバス！じゃがいもを揚げてソースを絡めてあるんですが、それが絶品！ オススメのお店です
別格のお店。 味、接客、雰囲気。 こんなお店を発見できたのも Google MAPのおかげ。 感動しました。
