You can get everything here...like almost new...from a needle to an Assault Rifle. Must visit for expats living in Japan. Hard off, book off, liquor off, Hobby off, off house... all in one place..thats like a paradise to a shopper.

I love browsing thrift stores, it's actually one of my hobbies. I have been to every large thrift store in Tokyo pretty much. I was sure the Fujisawa hard off was the best but Hachioji is incredible. It's spread over three buildings. I bought all my snowboarding equipment for 23,000 and an awesome little Republic resonator guitar for 40,000

Nice multi level place with ample free parking. I love that it has many purses, a hard off and the toys / anime figures on another floor. Only one I have ever been to that has an antique section. Love the pyrex and Tupperware I've found here.

Probably the biggest hard off near the base. You can find some good stuff here, just be careful with electronics
