First time eating Chinese style ramen in Japan. The difference between Japanese and Chinese ramen, is there is no lining up to get into the restaurant But seriously this is a pretty good noodle shop. Had the fried pork ramen, goes down pretty well with the Sapporo!
Delicious ramen and great price. Different style to what we have had previously - I had a soy based and my partner had the sesame and hot chilli and we both loved it. The pork slices were so tender and generous and the gyoza were HUGE and delicious!! Very friendly staff. They gave us an english menu and asked about our trip around Japan.
I think i just ate raw gyoza. Either that or a pink meat inside that tastes a bit sour is what people are raving about. Soup consistency is weird but the taste is unique.
