No STAR!!! We selected a Voyagin tour of Mt. Fuji & Hakone 1-Day Tour with Lake Ashi Cruise and only completed 50% of the agenda on the tour. \u003e Journey up to Mt. Fuji 5th Station for fabulous vistas - No, due to weather, we only got up to 1st Station and stayed only briefly. \u003eCruise the nearby Lake Ashi in Hakone on a catamaran -CANCELLED. The tour guide said it was due to high wind, but I see ships and other boats on the lake. - Replaced by seeing an aquarium for rescue animals. \u003eRide Komagatake Ropeway for rare views of Mt Fuji and Hakone -CANCELLED. The tour guide said it is closed due to high wind -yet we see the cablecars moving up the ropeway. -Replaced by seeing a really small museum that I am still confused by what it was all about. \u003eShinkansen bullet train return -The train was full and there was no seats. The moment we walked on, we went from one cart to the next and never got a chance to sit down. And before we knew it, it was time to get off. Geez. We were barely on the train. The experience of going from one cart to the next is frustrating. Must we leave during rush hour? The whole trip was already upsetting constantly being told we were out of luck for each thing we planned to go. And to top that off, the history lesson and the background of everything was not in depth. What makes the visit to the aquarium a good replacement? No introduction to the aquarium and the animals, nothing! Also, the same was the replacement to the museum. Our guide never explained to us what's the museum was about and why we were touring through it. A totally waste of a day. Plus this is not allowed to be written on their website.

Extremely unreasonable company. We booked a Tokyo day tour, as we over slept and I woke up realised we won't get the bus stop on time, I made the call, asked the person if I could head straight to where the tour will go. I was given all the details of the bus registration No and colour and tour guide telephone number etc. When we got there, I called the tour guide, she told me where and when to meet. We did, 20 minutes later, we met up with the team. But the tour guide told me our purchase were cancelled and we can't join the tour anymore. I was there with my two kids on my own, truly felt terrible for the whole day. Tour guide did try to call the company and but was told we were late and they got the right to cancel it. My question is: why was given all the information where to find them, knowing we were going to be late.

利便性が悪すぎて、低評価。高級バス ピアニシモの乗車受付場所。定期観光バスも含めて、バスの乗車場所は駅敷地外にあり、動線が長すぎて荒天時は悲惨。せめて最上級バスピアニシモの宿泊ツアーに関しては浜松町か京橋エドグラン発が望ましい。 トイレも地下の商店街中にあり、わかりにくい。自販機やキャッシュディスペンサーがあるが、それだけ。あとは雨風が凌げるだけ。 社員の対応はまずまず。営業所周辺は、はとバスフリーWi-Fiが使えるので、暇つぶしにスマホいじりでバス待ち時間潰しに徹するのが吉。
初めての、ピアニシモⅢでのツアー参加でした いつもなら新宿西口に集合ですがなぜか東口で そこから少し移動してバスに乗車するという形でした はとバスの会社でもこのピアニシモは３台しかないので 貴重な存在です、三列シートで８列、２４名しか乗車できません 通常のはとバスツアーだとお茶のサービスがありますが ピアニシモについては、お茶とコーヒー、紅茶にリンゴジュースと 選べます、その辺も贅沢かな ただ、添乗員さんがつかないので、ガイドさんが全部をこなすわけで 大変ですな、でもサービスは最高に良かったですよ また乗りたいです
場所わかりにくかったです！！！早朝集合だったのでなおわかりにくくて、遠回りしてしまいました。はじめての利用で時間に余裕がないと焦りそうです。 早朝集合で乗り込んだ日帰りバスツアーはなんと現地の天候不良で当日催行中止に。山梨まで行って午前中には新宿に引き返してくることになりました。クラブツーリズムや阪急交通社などの旅行会社も利用してきましたが、当日に途中で中止になるバスツアーなんてはじめてです。。
